The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Colorado wildlife, up-close and personal...

This summer, I've been on a bit of a mission to catch up with some cute little Marmots. And while I've found lots of them up on Mount Evans, I've found them (for whatever reason) to not be very friendly there. In Rocky Mountain National Park however, it was a very different story.

In fact, there were so many of them just outside of the parking lot, I had my choice of which ones to try to shoot. Funny enough though, the best opportunity was this guy hamming it up right next to the parking lot. And that worked for me because I loved that he held his pose long enough for me to get the snowy mountain background.
