The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

PROS - 5-star for the artist's work. It is well done and a homage to the original photographs. The large size metal print looks fantastic: looks like glass, but thinner, more durable, and good for DIY hanging. Will consider more art from W.W. in the future. CONS -2-star for FAA. They did not send us ship nor delivery notification, despite their websitse stating they would, and tracking app or "display in your home app" do not work. Also item was boxed fairly well, but not well enough for an item of this large size. A subtle but long 5-inch vertical dent in the upper RT-corner was incurred during the ship/delivery process. For a product >$400.00 this should not occur and needs more structural reinforcement.

Hi! I LOVE IT! However, it’s not hung yet because we aren’t fishies with our home build- The picture is EXACTLY like our “hidden” road- and we’re building in a pine thicket! I swear it looks like my property! I would’ve thought that pic came from my property! I just love it! I will send pic when we’re finished building- Thank you so much! In Standing Nymph, abstract and classical figurative elements are combined in a most contemplative work. The background treatment evokes Rothko?s multiforms. The gold and umber tones provoke thoughts of nature: autumn leaves and tree bark. The girl stands in a pensive, almost ambiguous pose; half of her existing in our world, the other half part of another. Her gaze is distant. Her eyes long for moments filled with song and dance. She is conflicted and clutches herself, in search of a kind of safety, as her purity (symbolized by the white drapery) slips away from her bare skin.
About Horacio Cardozo
Horacio Cardozo is a self-taught artist who has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His passion for art stems back to when he just 5 years of age. He was swept into the world of realist art by his admiration of classical artists Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and Albrecht Durer. The work of these artists inspired him to pick up the brush and create a world on canvas. As he began to dive deeper into the craft he discovered other inspiring artists including neo-classical artists such as Ingres, Vermeer, Rembrandt and Velazquez.
