An intimate corner of the English-style south garden at the Conservatory Garden in New York’s Central Park. At the center of the scene is a fountain in memory of Frances Hodgson Burnett, author of the popular children’s book, “The Secret Garden.” This lush, impressionist style painting captures the feeling of refuge and delight at discovering your own secret garden on a summer day in the middle of New York City.
