He creates and is concerned from the nucleus to the nebulae, from the micro to the macro, from the 3 billion letters of the DNA to the baby firmly held and formed in its beauty. Who could think it was all a mindless accident from nothing. ? How can we open a word document if the programmer has not skilfully ordered the codes and engineered with precision the software.? His signature is in every cell. Galileo has said’ mathematics is the alphabet with which God has written the universe.’ and the Mandel Brot set is often called the thumbprint of God. We are created in His image and you are expressing yourself as a true imager of God. You are reflecting back to the world the Creator God in this masterpiece. Artist's Description
I took this photo a few days after I had met up with my wife in Toronto. I had been on the road for a good while and had not seen her for about five months. So I was grateful and happy to end up near Acadia for a few days of quality time with my better half. We were just hanging out on the rocks in Bass Harbor watching the fishermen come in with their lobster pots and fresh catch when I had a go at this classic New England subject.

It probably started with a young teenager looking at NatGeo pictures and deciding that he wanted to be the next Galen Rowell. First published at seventeen, first exhibition at twenty-one, photography suddenly took a third-row back seat for a couple of decades as life unravelled in unforeseeable directions. Half a lifetime later the re-entry into the initial passion was a decade of extreme mountaineering and the resulting photos becoming the foundation for a stock photography business. Age, not stopping at my doorstep, led me to shift priorities back to what I once dreamed of doing.
