Hello, I placed an order on 9/11/2025 and was hoping to receive it in time for a birthday event. I reached out via website chat twice and was told my order was being processed. I then decided to call and found out my order was cancelled. Today the support team informed me that the order was cancelled due to the frame not being able to fit with the material chosen. Just moments ago, I purchased another order but this time I chose no frame. It would be nice if someone called me and we could sort this out instead of emailing. There should not be options available on the site if they can not be produced. I mean this is the result of me being a disappointed customer. I honestly think a discount would be nice. I am now hoping that this order is fulfilled and delivered so I can give the late birthday gift. Thanks, Reynaldo

First, I love the whimsical style and lovely colors of this piece. It really suits the room and makes me smile when I see it. Secondly, I have purchased from many websites but none equaled the quality of this canvas. Though it took longer to get it, it was worth it because it is very sturdy.
